Connecting business and startups

Seeing the potential of PropTech to solve diverse micro and macro problems in Lithuania, we understand how important it is to provide a platform for the exchange of knowledge, experience, and ideas in order to develop the PropTech sector and catalyze.
We are very excited to launch the Lithuanian PropTech Innovation Camp with Eastnine and empower new ideas in the market.

It is likely that in the future, we will live in cities where buildings generate more energy than they consume. This would not only address climate change but also eliminate additional energy demand. The road to such a tomorrow leads through the PropTech industry and the technologies it develops. Innovations are breaking the rules - we create new opportunities for PropTech startups to co-create and pilot the innovative solutions in our buildings.

Our focus areas
Eastnine and ROCKIT are launching the first stage of the Lithuania PropTech Innovation program, which is an open call for the Innovation Camp for early-stage teams. The Innovation Camp will take place in November 2022 and explore these three narratives:
An effective use and management of spaces
After covid, a plenty of people are rethinking their altitude towards public and private spaces, desire a better service, a local communities outreach, flexible purpose places to go and work in. Real estate – is it a service, a platform, a hardware / software, a cluster?
Cost-effective and sustainable construction
Today, we have to rethink how we build, what we build and why, how we manage the resources and costs, how we can quickly rebuild in a crisis situation, and how it all affects the planet. How would you build for XXII?
Exploiting big data and cross-vertical integrations for the benefit of end users
With the rise of IoT, data, and multiple services linking users, it makes sense to integrate APIs instead of building another app. How do you program a building?
